ESA debriefing on GG proposal for a small mission in 2017

It was not selected. ESA policy was not to provide any written assessment of the submitted proposals, neither public nor to individual proposers. However, it offered a debriefing to interested proposers on their respective proposal. A summary of the debriefing on GG has been written in agreement with ESA Science Directorate and with permission to circulate it, particularly among all scientists who supported the GG proposal worldwide.
